Gabriel Protocol Seminar Waiver And Release Agreement

Free Release of Liability:
I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree that my participation in the Gabriel Protocol Seminar (“Seminar”), hosted by various third-party locations, is voluntary and at my own risk. I understand that the Seminar involves physical training exercises, demonstrations, and other activities that may pose a risk of injury.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Seminar, I agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with participating in the Seminar, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or other harm.
Release and Waiver: I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Gabriel Protocol, its officers, agents, employees, and any other individuals or entities associated with the Seminar, including but not limited to the owners and operators of the third-party locations hosting the Seminar, from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action, including but not limited to negligence, that may arise from or relate to my participation in the Seminar.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gabriel Protocol, its officers, agents, employees, and any other individuals or entities associated with the Seminar, including but not limited to the owners and operators of the third-party locations hosting the Seminar, from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the Seminar.

Testimony/Photo/Video Authorization and Release:
I, the undersigned, hereby grant Gabriel Protocol and its representatives the right to take photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings of me during the Seminar. I further grant Gabriel Protocol the right to use my name, likeness, voice, and testimonials in connection with these recordings for promotional, educational, or informational purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, marketing materials, and other publications.

I understand and agree that:

Ownership: All photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings taken during the Seminar are the sole property of Gabriel Protocol.
Usage: Gabriel Protocol may use, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these recordings for any lawful purpose. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any written copy that may be used in connection with these recordings.
No Compensation: I will not receive any compensation for the use of my name, likeness, voice, or testimonials in connection with these recordings.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this Waiver and Release Agreement and agree to its terms.
